Josh W. Posnick serves as Global Head of Capital Markets at Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer and investor. In this role, he leads the firm’s global capital strategy across all equity and debt programs, with responsibility for capital formation, financing execution, and balance sheet optimization. Based in Washington, D.C., Josh plays a key role in supporting the firm’s growth and long-term partnerships through disciplined, innovative capital solutions.
Posnick brings more than a decade of experience in real estate capital markets and development. He spent the previous 12 years at Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, overseeing project capitalizations across the United States. Earlier in his tenure, he was involved in all phases of multifamily development throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and dispositions. Prior to Mill Creek, Posnick worked in Deloitte’s Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Practice, contributing to domestic and international real estate valuation assignments totaling more than $3 billion.
Posnick currently serves on the board of directors for BayVanguard Bank. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware.
