Bio
Josh Randolph joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2026 as a Senior Vice President. He leads the firm’s investment sales efforts across the Gulf States region, including Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle. During his 24-year career, Josh has been involved in more than 373 transactions, representing over $3.3 billion in total transaction volume.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Josh spent 13 years at Colliers, where he was recognized multiple times as an “Everest Club” member, an honor awarded to the top 10 percent of brokers nationwide. He began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in Atlanta as part of the Financial Consulting Group (FCG) and quickly transitioned into brokerage as part of the firm’s investment properties group. Before entering brokerage, Josh gained institutional experience working on Merrill Lynch’s trading floor in New York City, where he covered publicly traded commercial real estate REITs.
Josh holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment (Finance) from New York University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is licensed to practice in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.
Josh is actively involved in the Birmingham community and volunteers his time with several civic organizations. He is an active member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club (MMQC) and currently serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alabama, where he was named Big Brother of the Year in 2022. He is also involved with Hand in Paw, an animal-assisted therapy organization, where he has served as both a volunteer and past board member. When not in the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fly fishing, and cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels.
