Josh is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 16 years of experience in brokerage, investment strategy, and development. Formerly Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Iowa Commercial Advisors, Josh led the firm’s Eastern Iowa office and represented a wide range of national, regional, and local clients.
Throughout his career, Josh has successfully guided numerous commercial development projects and investment transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions across various asset classes. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation, which reflects his deep market knowledge, analytical skill, and commitment to delivering client-focused strategies.
Now a founding member of WSG CRE, Josh brings his leadership, strategic thinking, and high-level service to a new collaborative platform serving clients throughout Iowa and the Midwest.
