He began his real estate career in 2011, dedicating himself to mastering every aspect of property operations and client service. Formerly the broker and owner of Village Realty, Joshua proudly upheld the company’s nearly 50-year legacy of client satisfaction. Today, he continues to apply that same commitment to excellence with 1150 WHG – The Jade, ensuring every property and resident experience is managed with precision and care.
Josh is a Winter Haven native who is proud to call this area home and strives to make owners happy to invest here and tenants happy to make their homes here as well. Joshua sales activity specializes in investment property acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, and property development.
He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Realtors, and local civic organizations. Joshua serves on the board of the Greater Lakeland Chapter of NARPM which serves to promote education and professionalism inn property management.
