Josh Veentjer is a founding partner of NNNet Advisors. He specializes in the representation of Buyers and Sellers of net lease retail and industrial properties nationwide with a primary emphasis in single tenant sale-leasebacks. Mr. Veentjer’s clients range from private investors, franchise operators, national corporations, developers and REIT’s. In addition to NNNet Advisors, Mr. Veentjer is President and Owner of Integrated Investment Partners, a development and investment company specializing in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) build-to-suit development in the western states and acquisitions of single tenant net leased and value-add properties nationwide. Mr. Veentjer lives in Portland, Oregon and Palm Desert, California with his Wife and Daughter.
