Josh doesn’t just like being a commercial real estate broker, he loves it. When it comes to finding and negotiating space, there may not be a better young agent in the Cities.
One of Josh’s specialties is finding spaces with infrastructure in place that his clients can take advantage of. He tends to be very detailed in his searches and can often find spaces that are close to plug and play. Josh is always thinking of ways to save his client’s money, but he also understands the importance of getting the job done right.

Born and raised in St. Paul – Josh attended Mounds Park Academy in Maplewood then on to Denison University where he majored in communication. After college, he moved across the river and enjoys living in Minneapolis.
Since 2007 Josh has successfully advised hundreds of businesses on their commercial real estate needs. When he’s not working, Josh can be found hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time up at his cabin in NW Wisconsin.
