Joshua Birns serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Urban Edge Properties, where he oversees a premier retail portfolio spanning from the Tri-State area to Boston, including the landmark Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ. Since joining the firm over six years ago, Josh has been a primary architect of the company’s strategic growth and tenant curation. His notable achievements include the successful leasing repositioning of Huntington Commons and a comprehensive transformation of the Food & Beverage offerings at Bergen Town Center.
Prior to Urban Edge, Josh spent five years as a Senior Leasing Representative at Olshan Properties and held key leasing roles at DLC Management. He earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University. An avid "foodie," Josh shares his culinary finds via @you_uni_live_once. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Arielle, their three children, and their dog, Sake.
