Bio
Mr. Jeffers started his career in the acquisitions department of Walton Street Capital in Chicago. His transactional experience over the last two decades includes over $2 billion of commercial real estate investments in U.S. and international markets and spans office, retail, multifamily housing, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use asset types. Mr. Jeffers earned a Master of Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
As Founder and CEO, Mr. Jeffers sets the strategic direction for the firm, and supports the senior team in identifying opportunities for fund investment. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
