As the Managing Director of Power Properties, the investment sales division of Power Property Group (PPG), Joshua Johnson oversees a team of nearly ten deal managers and lead generators actively seeking out investment opportunities throughout Los Angeles. His duties include evaluating these investment opportunities, creating marketing packages for dissemination as well as actively listing and selling investment properties by connecting the right buyer to the deal. For owners under the management arm of PPG, Power Property Management, Joshua is available to evaluate the current value of their assets upon request.
Combining diligence, organization, and creativity, Joshua Johnson brings a unique skill set to the Power Property Group. As a Los Angeles native, this skill set is complemented by his familiarity and depth of knowledge of the region which has allowed him to close transactions in a variety of real estate fields including multi-family sales, retail and office leasing, and business opportunity sales of gas stations, convenience stores and car wash establishments.
