Bio
Josh brings more than two decades of expertise to his role at KLNB, where he focuses on industrial and office occupier and tenant representation and drives project management. A results-oriented leader, Josh cemented the establishment of Rosendin Electric’s 150,000-square-foot East Coast headquarters in Dulles, the $20M acquisition of the French International School’s Bethesda campus, and the rapid expansion of numerous high-growth tenants across the Washington Metro area. As a 20-year strategic partner to third-generation HVAC distributor Northeastern Supply, Josh has supported dozens of leasing, acquisition, and development projects throughout the mid-Atlantic.
Prior to joining KLNB, Josh built and grew industrial real estate practices at numerous firms including JLL, where he cultivated partnerships spanning Baltimore, DC, Richmond, and Hampton Roads, and led the team’s marketing and research efforts. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Transportation and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
