Joshua Nazar is a Director at Venture Capital Properties. Being active in the real estate world Mr. Nazar has had the opportunity to experiment within different aspects of the real estate field. Ranging from property management to acquisitions and sales, Mr. Nazar is a well-rounded individual and focuses on asset classes consisting of Development, Office, Mixed-Use, and Retail.
He started his career as a research analyst at MB Capital Assets. At MB Capital Assets Mr. Nazar was responsible for the origination and analysis of multifamily, mixed-use and retail opportunities all over the five boroughs. Mr. Nazar has helped MB Capital Assets acquire new assets and expand their presence ultimately succeeding in further diversifying their portfolio.
Mr. Nazar has also had experience at Heritage Realty learning about property management. Mr. Nazar became quickly accustomed to working with tenants and handling leases within the firms existing properties.
His natural gift for learning languages has enabled him to be fluent in several languages including Farsi and Spanish. Knowing multiple languages enables Mr. Nazar to better entertain a more diverse set of clientele.
