Joshua Perlstein is a member of the Lennard Commercial Realty Investment Team, who specializes in the purchase and sale of multifamily properties across Ontario. Prior to joining Lennard, Josh held investment sales positions at Colliers International as well as the Toronto office of a leading U.S.-based real estate brokerage.
Joshua is known among private and institutional clients for his knowledge of the ever-changing Ontario investment properties market. In addition to his experience representing both private and institutional investors, Josh has extensive experience acting on court-ordered sales, and on behalf of receivers and trustees in bankruptcy.
Joshua consistently surpasses client’s expectations with his ability to see value where others might shy away. Joshua has been repeatedly commended by real estate lawyers for his excellent transactional skills and attention to detail. In all his endeavours, Josh has been commended for his professionalism, approachable demeanor, and work ethic.
Born and raised in Toronto, Josh attended Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, and graduated with an Honors B.A. in Geography from the University of Guelph. Josh enjoys competitive sailing, snowboarding, barbecuing and time at his family cottage.
