Mr. Plattner leads Belveron’s investments activities and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in affordable and workforce housing. Throughout his 14-year tenure in this space, he has been responsible for leading the execution of over $2 billion in affordable housing transactions. Prior to joining Belveron, Josh served as the Director of Acquisitions for Jonathan Rose Companies and spent time in Latin America doing community development work.
Josh holds a dual master’s degree in Planning and Real Estate development from the University of Southern California and received a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. He also serves on the Board of Directors at the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NHRA).
