With more than 20 years' experience and over half a billion in closed transactions, Joshua is an expert in every aspect of the business with a long list of satisfied clients to his credit. From first home buyers to high net worth individuals to major corporate clients, he is an indispensable resource in New York City real estate.
Joshua grew up in a real estate family and began accumulating his keen insights into successful commercial and residential transactions in childhood. Bolstered by his education and prior experience in teaching and acting, he offers a hands-on, caring approach that's rooted in listening and relating to his clients on a deep level. Above all, he makes sure every client feels completely empowered and informed throughout the process.
Joshua grew up in Long Island and holds a BFA in acting and film from Emerson College and a master's in math and English from Hofstra University.
