Since November 2023, he has served as Co-President of Retail and Entertainment at Dreamscape Companies, where he leads the company’s strategic initiatives in immersive consumer experiences and high-impact retail ventures in New York City. Prior to joining Dreamscape, Joshua was Executive Managing Director at Newmark, where he spent over five years advising top-tier clients and overseeing major retail leasing projects. His tenure at Newmark followed a distinguished 18-year career at RKF, where he rose to the role of Executive Vice President and was instrumental in shaping the urban retail landscape. Joshua began his career at Edward S. Gordon Company, serving as Director in retail leasing and investment sales. With a reputation for visionary leadership and a deep understanding of market trends, Joshua continues to be a driving force in transforming how people engage with retail and entertainment spaces.
