As founder and managing principal of Flagship Partners, Josh Wade is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and ensuring successful acquisitions and dispositions of top-tier commercial real estate assets on behalf of clients. Flagship Partners is a leading boutique investment advisory firm that is data driven, pro-active and entrenched in the South Florida market with a proven track record of success.
As a Florida native with over a decade of experience, Josh not only offers his clients access to private high-value investment opportunities, but also to his in-depth market knowledge and industry relationships. Since Q4 2021, Josh has successfully executed on approximately $100M of off-market retail and office property acquisitions throughout South Florida, with an average deal size of $25M.
Previous to the formation of Flagship Partners, Josh was a senior member of the Retail Advisory Services group at Avison Young (AY), which is a multinational commercial real estate firm headquartered in Canada. At AY, Josh implemented market development plans and site selection services to several Fortune 500 companies and other highly recognized restaurants and retailers as they expanded their brands throughout Florida.
Additionally, Josh’s successful track record has included representing a wide variety of retail property owners, ranging from NYSE REITs to privately owned specialty retail projects. These projects have included ground up development / pre-leasing, lifestyle malls, street retail and power centers.
Josh began his career with Compass Realty Advisors, a well-respected boutique firm that later merged with WGCompass Realty Companies.
