Josh Wilson is Vice President within Timberline Real Estate Ventures’ Asset Management team. In this capacity, he leads strategic planning, leasing initiatives and operational oversight for Timberline’s extensive student housing and multifamily portfolio. His role involves working closely with B.HOM Student Living—Timberline’s property management arm—on financial performance, investor communications and portfolio strategy.
Before joining Timberline, Josh held leadership positions at EdR, Greystar, and Granite Student Living. He previously managed student housing development projects near multiple universities, focusing on partner relations, site acquisition, financing, proposal development and construction oversight. During his tenure at Greystar, Josh directed two large student housing portfolios—each exceeding $1 billion in value—implementing strategies to optimize revenue, expenses and capital improvements. At Granite Student Living, he served as Chief Operating Officer, driving the company’s third-party management platform.
Josh earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Purdue University.
