Josi Williams is a member of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Charlottesville, Virginia brokerage office, where she will focus on leasing and sales of retail properties. Before starting her career at Thalhimer, Josi shadowed the Charlottesville brokerage team, gaining exposure to client relations and deal negotiations in commercial real estate. Prior to her real estate experience, she also spent two summers as an intern with Whitley/Service Roofing, where she was able to gain experience with sales, estimating, and project management in construction development.
The University of Virginia Alum is no stranger to the Charlottesville market. Graduating with academic honors from the School of Architecture, she was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Volleyball Team, where she served as Team Captain her final two seasons. Her background also includes Urban and Environmental Planning and Architecture, as she completed her Bachelor of Urban Environmental Planning with a Minor in Architecture in May of 2023.
