Josie became a licensed realtor in October 2020, starting her career as a commercial broker with Keller Williams in 2021 and later joining Merrill Property Group in January 2023. Before obtaining her license, she gained valuable experience as a property manager in downtown Indianapolis, coordinating daily operations—a background that enhances her expertise as a commercial broker and provides her with a well-rounded understanding of the industry. With a psychology degree from Murray State University (2017), Josie combines industry knowledge with a deep commitment to client relationships.
