Joyce is a graduate of the Spruce School of Real Estate and the Hondros College of Business Real Estate School. She is licensed in both West Virginia and Ohio. <br /><br />Joyce is a long-time resident of the Mid-Ohio Valley. She is the former Executive Director of United Way Alliance where she retired in 2014, as well as a previous Assistant Vice President at United Bank. <br />In addition to her professional background, Joyce has an extensive history as a community volunteer. She is a past president of the Parkersburg Rotary Club and chaired multiple committees of the Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce.
