JP Colussi specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers in the greater tri-state region of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. JP has extensive experience serving institutional and sophisticated private capital retail investors to help them achieve their investment goals.
Previously, JP led the Investment Sales at MSC Retail. Throughout his career, JP has helped clients successfully underwrite and transact properties across all major asset classes. JP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Fordham University.
