P has been in the commercial real estate business since 2006. Previously a Partner at Urban Co. Real Estate, he oversaw over $100M in gross sales in 4 years until joining Junction to grow the Land Team. Prior to Urban Co. Real Estate, JP served as Senior Vice President at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), where he managed the Houston Team. He oversaw the full transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing, and client communication, to negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. Prior to joining DMRE, JP was an Associate Broker with SRS Real Estate Partners specializing in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales. JP represented national, regional and local tenants in assessing, planning, and executing their market strategy in Houston, Southeast Texas, and West Texas.
