J.P currently serves as President of the EAST HOLLYWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
He has successfully closed complex Commercial Short Sale transactions and has earned the Masters In Commercial Property (MICP™) designation as well as the Certified Distressed Property Expert credential. His recent efforts include conducting feasibility analyses for major non-profit clients during the economic downturn and representing them in the disposition and re-purposing of their commercial properties.
