Bio
J.P. Lowe, CCIM, is a First Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in investment sales and the leasing of commercial and industrial properties since joining the firm in 2000. Over the course of his career, he has participated in transactions exceeding $400 million, representing more than 34.5 million square feet of space and over 2,000 acres of land. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management, and earned his CCIM designation in 2004 after completing all core coursework. Prior to his brokerage career, he spent more than 30 years in senior management and ownership roles, including two decades as a partner in a Nashville-based residential and commercial real estate development firm.
