JP (Jon Paul) Rodriguez began his real estate career in 1997 with Qualle Investments. He likes being the solutions guy for clients as well as managing and mentoring the sales agents. JP specializes in valuing income and expense streams for foreclosure property acquisitions and commercial deals. JP has a knack for both dealing with people and running the numbers before getting into real estate, he worked for the State Comptroller for a decade. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where he majored in Business, played football and met his wife, Liz. JP volunteered as a student mentor for Communities in Schools for over 25 years and continues to support the organization. A native Austinite, he enjoys cycling throughout the city in his free time and watching his son act and sing in theatre productions at Westwood High School.
