A native of the New York, Juan grew up in Westchester County, NY, where he learned the principles of handwork, dedication, and honesty that would come to define his career. He entered the business world as the owner of his own Retail Store, which he successfully ran from 2006 to 2009. He then went on to work for a management
company as a leasing agent, before entering the residential real estate industry full-time in 2010. As a result, he has a well-rounded knowledge of the needs of buyers, sellers, and landlords alike.
Currently, Juan is focused on running his real estate team ‘Making The Move NYC.’ This group of dedicated, experienced professionals focuses on listing properties and connecting landlords and sellers with potential buyers. In his spare time, Juan loves sampling the city’s countless food options, working out, and traveling as much as his schedule allows.
