Jud has called Augusta home for over a decade. Prior to joining Blanchard and Calhoun, Jud’s work experience included Government Relations, Political Campaign Operations and Director of Operations for a local small business. Jud focuses on landlord and tenant representation, site selection, re-development and traditional commercial brokerage at Blanchard and Calhoun. Jud is married to the former Katie Cliatt, of Evans, GA, and together they have 2 beautiful children, Ruthie and Judson, and a Cavalier King Charles named Sunny. Jud and Katie make their home in Augusta, GA and are proud parishioners of St. Mary on the Hill. Outside of work, Jud enjoys spending time with family, Atlanta Braves Baseball and Pawleys Island, SC.
