Mr. Hammer joined Meridian in 2005 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, shopping centers, NNN, office, and retail in locations including New York, New Jersey, and across the country. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hammer has negotiated more than 1,200 transactions totaling over $4 billion in financing. Mr. Hammer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Lander College, a division of Touro College.
