Jud Wambold co-founded Tactix in 1997 after a successful 17-year legal career at Dechert, one of the country’s largest and most prestigious law firms. During his time as a practicing attorney, Jud negotiated over $8 billion in leasing transactions for his clients.
Jud has an established track record for producing creative real estate transactions that far exceed his clients’ expectations – and that others thought simply couldn’t be done. Jud‘s combined business and legal training positions him to deliver unique solutions which dramatically improve the bottom line results.
Jud has produced value for his clients in the Delaware Valley and throughout the country, including massive projects for Covance, Inc., Sodexho and First Data. In addition to these high profile requirements, Jud has negotiated over his career hundreds of lease renewals and move deals for smaller tenants. Jud believes that no tenant, regardless of size, should overpay on their rent, take unnecessary risk, or settle for “rubber stamp” solutions.
