Judy entered the hospitality industry as a PBX operator at the Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. Serving many roles in operations, she advanced her career to accept a position that led to 22 years of service with Hilton Worldwide. Judy joined LBA Hospitality in April of 2014.
Now happily leading LBA’s Sales, Marketing and eCommerce efforts, she oversees sales initiatives and strategies for the company, leads the efforts for digital marketing programs and collaborates with revenue management and operations teams to increase market share. Through those programs, she works to build brand loyalty and develop new ideas and strategies to ensure top market performance for each property.
