Julia is First Vice President Investments and has been an Investment Sales Advisor since 2016 with Marcus & Millichap. Julia quickly built an investment sales business specializing in Industrial (Outdoor Storage, Logistics, Manufacturing), Medical Office and select Retail income producing properties. Since joining the firm, Julia has been awarded Rookie of the Year, multiple Sales Awards, promoted to Director of NOIPG, and promoted to First Vice President Investments. Over the past nine years, she has marketed and closed over 120 transactions from the Inland Empire to Syracuse, NY, specializing in the Midwestern states for a value of over $380M.
