Julia Grant is director at John B. Levy & Company, Inc., playing a key role in multiple elements of the firm’s operations for more than twenty years.
A skilled and accomplished leader, Ms. Grant manages the Giliberto-Levy Commercial Mortgage Performance Index?, the industry benchmark for tracking and measuring the performance of commercial mortgage investments within the United States. She also helps produce various custom indexing projects, as well as the John B. Levy & Company Monthly Mortgage Survey. The firm’s marketing and public relations are managed by Ms. Grant, as well as loan servicing for some $300 million in commercial real estate loans.
Prior to joining John B. Levy & Company, Ms. Grant spent five years at Thompson, Siegel and Walmsley, where she was asset manager for the investment firm’s Merrill Lynch mutual fund program. Ms. Grant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the College of William and Mary.
