Julian Hitchcock is a seasoned real estate professional with 15 years experience in the development and management of multifamily, hospitality and restaurant properties. In 2014 he created The F+B Group in Manhattan where he serves as a broker and consultant to the hotel and restaurant industry. Before starting The F&B Group, Mr. Hitchcock spent 10 years with KAM Hospitality where he served as lead consultant on the highly acclaimed Gotham West Market for the Gotham Organization. He is also managing partner of Montauk Management, LLC, an apartment management firm located in Florida. Prior to working for KAM, Mr. Hitchcock served for several years as Vice President for Barrington Partners, Inc, with responsibilities for the development and management of multifamily properties. His extensive hospitality and management background also includes working with international hoteliers Ian Schrager and The Morgan’s Hotel Group, as well as Alaine Ducasse, China Grill and Tao Bistro.
