Bio
Julian Scurci has over 18 years of experience in the alternative investment industry having started his real-estate journey at publicly traded real-estate investment trust,(REIT), Prologis,(PLD), and over the course of his career serving in asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, and operating leadership roles in real-estate private equity, and global macro hedge fund investment management.
Julian has raised capital for and invested in a variety of product types and asset classes throughout North America and the Caribbean, including the industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, medical office, retail, and hospitality sectors, successfully executing value-add, opportunistic, structured credit, and distressed investment strategies.
Julian’s extensive experience across these diverse sectors has given him a ?deep understanding of the macro and microeconomic forces impacting real ?estate, and he shares his insights to help others navigate the complexities of ?the market.
A native of New Jersey, Julian graduated from the Pingry School where he is a past member of the School’s Board of Trustees, and Vice Chair of the Audit Committee. He graduated from Hamilton College with a BA in Political Science and played Varsity Soccer. Julian earned a MBA and MS-RECM from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, and is a licensed broker in California, Colorado, Nevada, and Montana where he focuses on real estate investment sales and 1031 advisory.
Julian resides in Palo Alto, California with his wife, twin children, and elderly rescue mutt.
