Julie is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience spanning residential, commercial, and corporate real estate operations. She began her career in January 2004 as a licensed residential realtor, quickly transitioning into commercial real estate in 2005. Julie joined Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported the investment sales group, gaining valuable exposure to high-level transactions and client service.
Following the closure of Cushman & Wakefield’s local office in 2006, Julie continued her commercial real estate journey by partnering with Randy Book at Grubb & Ellis and later at Colliers International. Over the next 14 years, she played a key role in supporting brokerage operations, client relations, and transaction management, contributing to the team's long-term success and stability.
In 2020, Julie brought her extensive industry knowledge and operational expertise to CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm. She initially joined as a Lease Administration Manager, where she oversaw lease compliance, data integrity, and client reporting. Her strong leadership and organizational skills led to her promotion as Operations Manager for CBRE’s Detroit and Grand Rapids offices. In this role, Julie is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting business development, and ensuring seamless office management across two major markets.
