Julie Lux rejoined Cassidy Turley in 2006. She specializes in investment sales, with an emphasis in the multifamily market. Additionally, she provides land acquisition and disposition services for multifamily developers.
Julie has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. She was the Director of Commercial Leasing for Gaughan Cos. from 2004 to 2005. She specialized in Minneapolis CBD office sales and leasing for Cassidy Turley from 1992 to 2004. She also served as a Finance Analyst in the Mortgage Banking Division of Towle Real Estate Co., one of Cassidy Turley’s predecessor companies, from 1988 to 1992. She began her real estate career in 1983 as a Marketing Specialist for Gardner Bros. Development.
