Julie Russo is an Owner of McKee Homes, a role she has held since the company’s formation in 2010 by Pat McKee and his brother, Mike McKee. With a background in education and a strong passion for organizational development, Julie plays a vital role in shaping the company’s culture and internal operations.
In 2012, Julie transitioned from the teaching profession to join McKee Homes full-time, supporting the company’s day-to-day management during a period of growth. Over the years, she has served in a variety of leadership capacities, including Director of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Human Resources. Regardless of title, her primary focus has remained the development and stewardship of a strong company culture grounded in three core principles: Passionate, Professional, and Performance-driven.
Julie also oversees the Joe McKee Memorial Alzheimer’s Fund, established in 2010 and funded through a portion of every McKee Homes sale. While McKee Homes supports several nonprofit organizations, Julie maintains a dedicated focus on advancing the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association, reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to giving back.
