Julie has been licensed for 13 years in NYS and is also a licensed broker in the state of Florida. Julie started her real estate career at Clemens-Beckley Real Estate, Inc, which is now known as Flagstone Real Estate Inc. In 2016, Julie and her partner, Wendy Palinski, purchased the company. Julie is also a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has a GRI designation. Julie’s success in the real estate field stems from her sincere interest in her clients’ needs. Whether you are buying or selling a home, Julie’s sensitivity towards her clients’ journey has given her a reputation above the rest. Julie is currently involved in Rome School District Anti-Bullying – Dignity For All Students Committee and The United Way Board. Julie and her husband, Peter, have five children, and she loves attending her children’s sporting events.
