Bio
Julie began her career in 1997 with the Pointe Hilton Resorts in Phoenix, AZ where she spent 4 years quickly excelling through Hilton Corporation. In 2000, Julie was instrumental in the successful launch of Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ, where she served 5 years as Director of Leisure Sales. Red Rock Resort & Spa enlisted her expertise to launch the opening of the first billion dollar Las Vegas resort in 2005. Julie spearheaded and developed the leisure sales market for both Red Rock Resort & Spa and Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa. Ms. Skrei helped develop JG Black Book of Travel, a highly successful hospitality sales and marketing firm where she spent 5 years as Director. During her tenure at JGBB, Julie oversaw the US sales efforts for some of the world’s finest travel providers such as Singita Lodges, Micato Safaris, One&Only Resorts and The Lanesborough Hotel. In 2011, Julie accepted a position as Director of Sales for Abercrombie & Kent where she was the top revenue producer for 13 years before retiring from the industry in January of 2024. Julie is now involved in commercial real estate endeavors assisting with the creation of Motor Vault Luxury Garages serving as VP of Sales and Marketing. Concurrently, Julie is a Luxury Travel Designer with the Virtuoso agency Perfect Landing Travel, an affiliate of Departure Lounge Travel.
