Julie Solomon serves as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Katz & Associates in our Atlanta office, which she helped open in 2025. Julie founded Retail Insight in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in retail tenant representation in both Georgia and Alabama. Julie’s foundation of success is built on providing clients with unparalleled market knowledge, landlord relationships and integrity. Julie is a recognized industry leader known for her creativity in finding sites.
Current clients include Best Buy, The Fresh Market, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse, Chicken Salad Chick, and Jim N Nick’s.
Julie has assisted several national brands with their strategic expansions into the Atlanta marketplace including Best Buy, Soul Cycle, Home Depot Expo, IKEA, LEGOLand, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Toys R Us, PetSmart, Vitamin Shoppe, ULTA, Peachtree Immediate Care, Chipotle, Snooze, Lazy Dog Restaurant, Velvet Taco, Hattie B’s, and Zoës Kitchen.
