Julie has consistently been a top-performing agent since beginning her real estate career in 2002. She has completed hundreds of real estate transactions for home sellers, buyers and investors at every level. She was named one of the top 250 realtors of the nation according to recent year's Wall Street Journal rankings.
She focuses on providing superior, personalized service to her clients, 80% of whom come from referrals or are repeat clients. Her success can be partly attributed to her single-minded dedication to providing the best possible representation to each client. She inherited a passion for real estate from her parents, who for over 20 years have owned and ran a successful real estate development company in Taiwan.
The wealth of knowledge and experience that Julie acquired from her family’s business proved to be invaluable. She has guided many clients through selling or buying new construction, fixer-uppers or tear-downs, remodeling or expanding homes, and income properties, helping them avoid expensive mistakes and achieve great results in their investments.
Julie not only speaks fluent Chinese, but she also understands the Asian culture, which provides an edge for her clients when conducting and negotiating real estate transactions in the Bay Area.
Julie has a BS from UC Berkeley in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MBA. She lives in Palo Alto where she is involved with her extended families and community.
