A seasoned veteran in commercial real estate, Juliette Lane brings over twenty years of professional experience to her role as managing director at Bradford Allen. Her primary responsibilities include tenant representation, strategic planning, and acquisition/disposition of commercial office space. Throughout her distinguished career, Julie has developed and delivered strategic consulting and brokerage services for non-profit and privately-held companies with locations in multiple markets. She represents notable clients such as Reyes Holdings, Illinois Action for Children, and Moody Publishing.
Julie focuses on the downtown Chicago marketplace and also manages national portfolios for consumer goods (food, beverage, and paper), warehouse, distribution, and data centers. Julie’s background includes all facets of corporate commercial real estate services, having held positions at Colliers International, The John Buck Company, Sears Roebuck and Co., and The Habitat Company. Julie has executed over 3.5 million square feet of transactions on both a local and national level.
Outside of the office, Julie is an active volunteer with more than twenty-five years of serving families and children. She’s a past board chairman and an on-going volunteer for Josephinum Academy and has served as a board member for Children’s Home and Aid, SOS Children’s Villages Illinois, and the Museum of Science and Industry. Currently, she’s an active board member for Josephinum Academy of the Sacred Heart in the Chicago neighborhood of Wicker Park.
