While South Florida has become a cherished second home for me, my roots trace back to San Salvador, El Salvador, where I spent a significant portion of my childhood. It was there that I honed my proficiency in Spanish, mastering the language in speaking, writing, and expression. My professional journey began in the realm of financial services immediately after graduating, all while pursuing higher education. Rapidly, I secured contracts with major, longstanding insurance institutions, and to this day, I maintain active licenses for life insurance, health insurance, and variable annuities. These licenses not only provided me with valuable experience in the financial services sector but also acquainted me with the intricacies of sales, contractual transactions, and adept client management. Inspired by my mentor, an industrial real estate investor, and influenced by my mother, a civil architect with the Salvadoran government, I decided to pivot to a new career in real estate at the onset of the pandemic. During the lockdown, I successfully obtained my real estate sales associate license. Soon after, I assumed the role of a representative for an industrial warehouse complex in South Florida. My efforts were recognized with a prestigious Powerbroker award from CoStar for orchestrating the most significant deal of the fourth quarter in 2021 with a publicly traded corporation, setting a groundbreaking standard for price per square foot in the region and also showcased my commitment to excellence. My responsibilities expanded further as I was appointed to manage the industrial real estate complex. Simultaneously, I continued assisting other clients in finding the optimal locations for their businesses to thrive. My passion for aiding both property owners and business entrepreneurs grew, and I am proud to collaborate with our team to guide you through the ideal transaction that maximizes your output.
