Bio
Julio is a Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and completed his final degree project at the Université du Savoie Mont Blanc (France). He has been practicing as a building surveyor since 2007, collaborating with various architectural firms.
He has been involved in drafting projects and executing residential, educational, and sports construction works, in addition to dedicating four years to property appraisal for CATSA (Valuation Company).
His comprehensive view of the real estate market, his methodology in the valuation process, and his expertise in construction are at the service of the client to guide them through the process of selling, buying, or renting a property.
