Bio
Julio is a Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and completed his final degree project at the Université du Savoie Mont Blanc (France). He has been working as a surveyor since 2007 linked to different architectural firms.
He has participated in the drafting of projects and the execution of residential, educational and sports works, in addition to having spent four years appraising real estate for CATSA (Appraisal Company).
His global vision of the real estate market, his methodology in the valuation process and his knowledge in construction are put at the service of the client to accompany him in the process of selling, buying or renting the property.
