Julius Lewis is an associate vice president based out of Kidder Mathews’ Ontario office, where he focuses on representing occupiers and principals of industrial real estate in the Inland Empire. Julius’ strong work ethic, client-centric approach, creative solutions and analytical thinking enable him to service his clients at the highest level.
Prior to joining Kidder Matthews, Julius was with CBRE for the first three years of his career where he focused on sales and leasing of industrial buildings throughout the Inland Empire. Julius was not only responsible for generating new business and managing transactions, but also spearheaded the creation of a proprietary database of all industrial properties, tenants, and owners in the San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
Julius graduated from San Diego State University in 2013 while on active duty serving in the United States Navy. Before joining the military, Julius attended Temple University where he played on the basketball team for one year. Julius is a native of Long Beach, California and attended St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California.
