Justin Arzi is a Senior Vice President on Colliers’ New York Capital Markets team, where he focuses on the marketing and execution of commercial and residential investment transactions. Bringing nearly a decade of industry experience, Justin specializes in financial modeling, the preparation of offering memorandums, and the coordination of due diligence and property tours.
Before joining Colliers, Justin served as Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in Midtown Manhattan, where he was responsible for managing complex investment property assignments. He began his professional career through CBRE’s GLA/OC internship program in Newport Beach, assisting retail investment sales teams with day-to-day operations, analytics, and marketing initiatives. Earlier, he gained financial analysis experience with the Terex Corporation, supporting FP&A and investor relations projects.
Recognized as one of Connect CRE’s New York/Tri-State Next Generation Award winners in 2022 and named to Commercial Observer’s Top Young Professionals list in 2023, Justin continues to be regarded as a rising leader in the real estate investment sector.
