Justin has had a diverse and dynamic career, showcasing a blend of experience in both real estate and community service. Currently, he serves as the Director of Brokerage Services at TMC-The Mahr Company, a position he has held since February 2024. Before stepping into this leadership role, Justin was a Realtor Associate with the company for nearly three years, from March 2021 to February 2024. His journey began with a strong foundation in community engagement when he worked for the City of Dallas from February 2008 to April 2012, where he served as both a Recreation Assistant and Interim Recreation Coordinator. This role allowed Justin to develop skills in leadership and client service. Additionally, he gained valuable experience working part-time at TELOS Fitness Center as an Intern and Front Desk Associate between December 2010 and December 2011. With a career rooted in service, leadership, and real estate, Justin brings a wealth of experience to each of his professional endeavors.
