Justin Basquill is one of the industry’s top specialists in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties. Prior to joining IPA, he was a vice president with CBRE Investment Properties, where he led his team’s apartment land sales practice, and was an appraiser with the CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services Group before that. He is a CoStar Power Broker who earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Florida State University and his MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
