Mr. Beers’ background in Construction Management and Architecture has allowed him to develop a diverse understanding of the development process providing him with the necessary tools to effectively plan and implement a project. With over $350 million in total job cost volume, Mr. Beers has garnered a vast range of knowledge of the industry and what is necessary to run a successful development. Prior to joining Knickpoint, Mr. Beers was a Project Manager at Anbau Enterprises building high-end residential condos in New York City. A design focused firm, Anbau implements a strategy of, “Good design is good business,” which is a key component of Mr. Beers’ development approach. Prior to Anbau, Mr. Beers worked at Turnberry Associates in Miami, FL as a project engineer and site superintendent on a diverse portfolio including the Fontainebleau Hotel as well as the Aventura Mall. Mr. Beers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the D’Amore Mckim School of Business at Northeastern University.
